This house is fantastic, in a very calm yet away from the hustling bustling of the town. The taste and amenities are outstanding. And you can have some help for preparing meals, standard and typical. A real treasure

Comfortable & spacious rooms
Eranga's home was the perfect place to stay before our return flight. Super communication (We could check in early & had help guiding our taxi) sparkling clean and comfortable beds. I wouldn't hesitate to book again

Awesome restaurant
Wir haben 4 Wochen in Erangas Haus in Negombo verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gross, modern und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, leider konnten wir in Negombo kein Spülmittel für den Geschirrspüler kaufen, es empfiehlt sich, dieses mitzubringen. Die Waschmaschine und der Küchenwasserhahn arbeiten nicht mit warmem Wasser, aber damit kamen wir klar. Die Espressomaschine fehlt, dafür gibt es einen Wasserfilter. Auf jeden Fall fehlen bequeme Gartenmöbel für den Sitzplatz neben der Haustür sowie für den Balkon. Der grosse Balkon wäre auch schöner mit ein paar grossen Topfpflanzen und mindestens zwei Liegestühlen. Der Garten sieht jetzt grün aus, aber bei starkem Regen mussten wir durch knöcheltiefes Wasser zum Haus gehen, weil es nicht abfliessen konnte. Die vier Aussenkameras, dienen wohl der Sicherheit, gaben uns aber auch das Gefühl unsererseits überwacht zu werden, zumal im Haus eine Webcam steht.

Love the penthouse suite
Beautiful Villa close to the airport. There house is tastefully decorated and Breakfast was great! The caretaker, Chandru and his wife gave us such great Sri Lankan hospitality. Eranga was also fast and responsive when I asked any question about the property prior to check in.

Really good villa
I highly recommend this house,so wonderful,modern,clean,comfortable house,even my driver say this is a really good villa he has met in negombo.(if has swimming pool and some tree will be amazing) anyway always wonderful,also the caretaker is so nice. Really worth to choose. 性价比之选,非常值得推荐,空调给力,有热水,一切都很好.

Nice resort facilities
Great place to stay. Mr Eranga and his worker, Mr Chandran always cater you needs. Even the airport transfer was marvellous. Only 20 minutes from the airport. This place is highly recommended.
